unseen Magazine

As part of a group we discovered three main problems that reoccurred over the five different charity shops we interviewed: theft, stigma and lack of volunteers. In order to help change the perception of charity shops and address the stigma associated with them we designed a free online seasonal magazine and a website to go alongside it.

The magazine promotes charity shops in the area showcasing clothing, gadgets, books as well as touches upon the benefits of volunteering with key interviews.

Whilst the website focuses on encouraging young people to volunteer by exposing the current volunteering opportunities, the benefits and explaining the different roles available.
